- CChristineVIPSan Francisco Bay Area •62 reviews4.0Dined 1 day agoWe loved the fun vibe and the beautiful view of the Bay Bridge, but we were a little disappointed in the food this time. The oysters were fabulous, but the squid appetizer that our Waiter recommended was only so so. It tasted too fishy/anchovy strong. My daughter ordered the miso cod, and although she liked it, she said it wasn’t what she expected (needed broth). I ordered the scallop appetizer which was good, but nothing special. My husband ordered the duck and he was happy with his selection. We’ve enjoyed some fabulous dinners at Waterbar, but we probably won’t be coming back anytime soon.More infoWaterbarPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Financial District / Embarcadero•4.6

Service was impecable and super attentive and the ambience lively and relaxed at the same time. Kudos to this place and the great server from Mexico City and the kitchen staff that were very conscious of my kids allergies. Highly recommend this restaurant.More infoLa Mar Cocina Peruana San FranciscoPrice: Expensive• Peruvian• Financial District / Embarcadero•4.7

- JJosephMiami - Dade •4 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoI have never had a bad experience at a Maestro's restaurant. I have visited the restaurant in Scottsdale, and now the one in San Francisco. I cannot wait for the Columbus facility to open as it is located in the area I stay when I visit. The service and experience at each Maestro's restaurant is second to none.More infoMastro's Steakhouse - San FranciscoPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Downtown / Union Square•4.5
- AAudreyVIPSan Francisco Bay Area •2 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 26, 2024All the staffs are very courteous, nice, friendly and notice details quickly. From the starter, Oysters were fresh, and with the seaweed vinaigrette, it elevated the oyster a lot. With the frog leg, the meat is so tender and juicy. Sauce on the side offers a nice acidity touch for fried dish. I loved the fact that they took inspiration from Nashville Hot Chicken and curated to their own version, everything on the plate were seasoned perfectly even with the pickle they served on the side. Grilled half sea bream was wonderful, I can taste the charbroiled flavor. Fish was very crispy, meaty, juicy and buttery. With the Meyer lemon herb salad, it definitely made the dish more refreshing. Overall, I really enjoyed the whole experience. Thank you for everything and for sure I will come back soon.More infoAngler San FranciscoPrice: Very Expensive• American• Financial District / Embarcadero•4.7
