My side of cream spinach was served lukewarm and I returned it. I didn’t have it replaced although they offered. There was a problem in getting our two glasses of wine before our meal, the food came out way too quickly even though we had requested a slow delivery of our meal. One of the managers came by and finally got our wines. My wife had finished her steak and I was half finished. By this time. A different server, Mike took over and things returned to a great experience, we received a free butter cake and credit for the two wines and Mike gave us two green tea shots on him after we had paid our bill. They messed up with communication but recovered beautifully. It turned out to be a great experience.More infoMastro's City Hall SteakhousePrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Old Town Scottsdale•4.6
- CCarmenNew York City •7 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoMy sister, Mom, and I went to the Chart House for the Christmas Day menu. In addition to a choice of soup or salad, there was a really nice variety of entrée selections, plus three desserts to choose from. My sister had the lobster bisque and the filet mignon with mashed potatoes. I also had the lobster bisque (delicious w/actual lobster bits!) and ordered the seared Chilean Seabass served on top of lobster risotto. My mom had the Ceasar salad and the prime rib with mashed potatoes. Every dish was delicious, not too salty, and the seasoning was just right. We all opted for the chocolate lava cake, which was served with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream, toffee bits, and chocolate sauce on top. It was absolutely delicious! The low noise level inside was really appreciated, dining at a restaurant with an elderly person, who has trouble hearing, is always a challenge. We didn’t have any issue hearing each other during our dinner. Overall, this was such a pleasant experience and I am so happy we decided on the Chart House for our Christmas lunch.More infoChart House Restaurant - ScottsdalePrice: Moderate• Seafood• Central Scottsdale•4.5
