- IIvanNew York City •4 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoMy first time @ the Simpson and my overall experience was really good. I made reservations and I was concerned about a wait although I had a reservation because of the amount of people waiting for a table when I got there. Thankfully, we were seated promptly. My wife and myself had the Rum Punch and it was fantastic. We had the bourbon bbq wings as an appetizer and it was good. Service was fantastic as our waitress was very attentive to us. Overall, the food was very good. I would go back again based on my experience.More infoThe Simpson Restaurant & BarPrice: Expensive• Caribbean• Fort Greene•4.6

- SSarahNew York State •3 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoOn the early side on a Thursday at the bar in the back it was pleasantly quiet. It was comfortable sitting at the bar. The bartender was excellent, the food delicious. It's pricey, but I think worth it for a special dinner. The grilled oysters were my favorite. The cocktails are expensive but high quality.More infoStrange DelightPrice: Expensive• Oyster Bar• Fort Greene•4.8

We went for lunch but the chef was kind enough to still make the octopus for us and it was GREAT. From the appetizers to the main course was finger licking good. The tiramisu was great!!!More infoIl Porto RistorantePrice: Moderate• Italian• Clinton Hill•4.7
