- RRosemarieNew York City •4 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoAs always everything was fantastic. We called the restaurant because we were going to be late our show ran overtime. We were told no problem our reservation is still good. Yes, the noise level last night was very high, but there was so many large families there that came from the same show, plus it’s a family restaurant noise is expected, and so nice seeing families together for a holiday dinner. My only complaint, and it’s me being old, we sat by a window and the cold air was coming through the windows and wall. Like I said I’m old and very sensitive to the cold, I just put my coat on, had a glass of wine and enjoyed my delicious meal.More infoPorters on the LanePrice: Expensive• American• Bellport•4.6

- GGiovanniVIPNew York City •38 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoGreat experience food was perfect. Started with local oysters and the Shrimo and Lobster wontons which were crisp and had just the right amount of sauce on them. Then the wedge salad with the pungent blue cheese was a great. Finished with the NY Strip and Miso Cod. Steak was cooked exactly to temp and the cod melted in my mouth. The highlight of the night was the butternut squash side with the toasted marshmallow fluff and pecans a must try!More infoTellers: An American ChophousePrice: Very Expensive• Steak• Islip•4.8
- PPeterVIPNew York City •7 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoWe had reservations but decided to sit and eat at the bar. Vince the bartender was very courteous and attentive with our drinks and meal to the point he deliciously modified our drinks to perfection. As always, the seafood bisque and onion soup were superb. We had ordered the short rib which was a little on the tough side and could have had a little more gravy to compliment it. Otherwise, a great place located on the water who are great hosts to locals, regulars, and first time dinersMore infoThe Oar Steak and Seafood GrillPrice: Moderate• Seafood• Patchogue•4.6
- NNikiSan Francisco Bay Area •2 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 30, 2024Drift 82 is a gem! It is a unassuming building yet when you go inside it has a great view of the bay and the dock . The bartender and waitress Yasmine were so friendly and gracious giving us extra time to order while I got caught up in conversation with a good friend. The drinks were made perfectly to order. The spinach salad was top notch with almonds, berries, goat cheese with a yummy balsamic vinaigrette. The blackened mahi sandwich was very generous and perfectly cooked. The homemade chips were so thin and scrumptious and such a generous portion! My friend had penne with smoked salmon and a pink sauce which was delicious and al dente. It was such a wonderful atmosphere there of warmth, friendliness , food and a view! My new favorite!More infoDrift 82Price: Expensive• Seafood• Patchogue•4.7
