Best Steak Restaurants in Carnegie Hill

One of my favorite picks - great for entertaining people from out of town, special occations, or just for a wonderful meal. Food is exceptional and A+ service always I wish there was one closer to me on the upper east side too....

The atmosphere was great and we were a large group of 9 seated at a large round table which is perfect for conversations. The food was excellent - in particular the veal chop was amazing as was the branzino. The lemon cheesecake was great and presented in an artistic way. The manager helped during the service and she was outstanding. We would definitely come back!

Wowza! Stunning from the minute you leave the sidewalk. The bar is a delight, the meals delicious, the service superb.

The waiter took care of us during our anniversary with a desert and salad, made it extremely special. Will definitely be coming back the food was wonderful and they made us feel so special for our anniversary. Waiter was wonderful! Ciro our waiter was first class and a wonderful waiter!

From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable—attentive without being intrusive, warm without being overbearing. The staff gave us the space to enjoy our meal in a way that felt personal, yet effortlessly seamless. And then, of course, there’s the food. The tomahawk was steak cooked to perfection and the creamed corn crème brûlée was rich and satisfying. It’s the kind of meal that reminds you why certain restaurants become institutions. What stood out most, though, wasn’t just the quality of the food but the quality of the experience. On a night when we needed a little extra grace, Quality Meats delivered in ways they may not even realize. For that, I’m truly grateful.
