Best Steak Restaurants in Central Austin

Had a great time. Came to dine with my friend before our concert. It was my friend’s first time and he really enjoyed Perry’s. The food was outstanding. The A5 wagyu never disappoints. Our server Kyle was awesome, attentive and knew the menu very well and provided recommendations. Looking forward to next time.

We enjoyed a wonderful dinner with wine in one of Austin's truly fine dining establishments. The Wagyu filet was outstanding and perfectly done. I had the venison entree and it was excellent. We finished the evening with a delightful chocolate soufflé and took advantage of the half off on bottles of wine for Sunday night dining. Highly recommend for special occasions. You get what you pay for be prepared to pay for a grand night. Side note: I thought the restaurant staff handled a loud and profane diner who had over imbibed and was disturbing the dinning rooms ambiance. Very professional staff.

Expectations were high, because we’ve heard so much about it. However, expectations were exceeded. Everything was great. Great ambience lively energy. Amazing food great service. Not cheap but you get what you pay for Kelli was our waitress and she was awesome and there was a team backing her. I didn’t catch their names, but they were great as well

First time here - food and service was great. Had the special Valentine’s dinner course which was very nice. Will be back for sure to try more options and specials!

We had not been back to Red Ash since before the Pandemic. Shame on us! Now we certainly will make a new reservation as soon as possible, which will probably be a few months from now. Red Ash is so popular that it is that difficult to get a table. But the wait is certainly worth it. This evening we tried the Octopus a la Plancha at our server, Emma's suggestion. Octopus for our first time. It was wonderfully delicious and tender. For dinner we split Frutti di Mare, a wonderful selection of seafood laid on a bed of the best black and white sphagettini. Cooked perfectly! Emma was the perfect hostess and we were able to reconnect with Brand Favata, our favorite server from six years ago. It seems that very few few employees leave Red Ash. It is such a wonderful restaurant!! We'll be back very soon.
