I asked if their thanksgiving menu had nuts and she immediately pointed out one of the sides that had pecan, but she would check on the rest of the meal. She not only checked but double checked for me. A few years ago, I went to another HIGH-END restaurant and was unable to have their thanksgiving menu, but they assured me the desert that my husband got on that menu was safe. It was not and I ended up having an allergic reaction. The waitperson "assumed" it was safe because the menu did not mention nuts in the description instead of checking. Ruth's Chris went above and beyond, and I will recommend them!More infoRuth's Chris Steak House - DenverPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Downtown / LoDo•4.7
- JJamesvipDenver / Colorado •632 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoTo be fair, this is based on a Thanksgiving Day luncheon buffet but take that out and insert a normal a la carte menu evening and the scores would be the same. The ambience can't be beat with the giant fish tank (I think a few were angry at me when they saw I had some salmon and shrimp) and, if anything, on a less busy time, already great service might be even better. Selections for the buffet were plentiful, kept hot where appropriate and filled. That prevented the herd mentality that can arise at a buffet not maintained well. They have been upping their game with cuisine over the past few years to where this is worth considering even if you are not planning on touring (at separate cost) the terrific aquarium itself.More infoAquarium Restaurant - Downtown DenverPrice: Moderate• Seafood• Downtown / LoDo•4

- BBentonvipDenver / Colorado •14 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoThis place is outstanding. Crowded but not overwhelming. Menu is limited, in a good way. The restaurant presents a number of simple and complex options, and everything tastes as fresh as can possibly be. We started with dressed oysters, then a kale salad - both dishes perfectly prepared. Then lobster pasta, and salmon, again extremely fresh. The complimentary table rolls are also nostalgically warm, buttery and seasoned with salt and garlic. I'd only been here for lunch, but definitely coming back for dinner soon!More infoQuality Italian- DenverPrice: Expensive• Italian• Cherry Creek•4.7

I wish I took a picture of her shoving the cauliflower dish in her mouth. It was like she couldn’t get enough. She enjoyed the seafood risotto too. You must get the fish head if it is on the menu.More infoThe RegularPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary Latin• Downtown / LoDo•4.6
