Lovely place, love the decor and the service was great. Rosey our server was phenomenal so patient, kind an informative. They went above and beyond to make my birthday special. Food was lovely an rich, the cocktails were delicious quite sweet but I enjoy that. The steak was so tender, unfortunately there were a couple times sold out which was a bit disappointing but didn't ruin the night as they have a lot of yummy options. I love the button to call your server that was a nice touch that I feel all restaurants should implement. I'd go back again thank you so much

We saw lots of You Tube posts recommending BlackLock for Sunday Roast Lunch -- and it lived up to the hype. The "All in" platter was terrific- and the cocktails, wine and sides were really very good. We all agreed it was our best meal in London. Waitstaff are attentive and food comes quickly. It is a bit noisy, but that didn't detract from our meal.

We visited the Covent Garden restaurant for the first time to have Sunday lunch The restaurant has a great atmosphere and the staff were very friendly and attentive They were very knowledgeable advising us on which wine to order The food overall was very good and we recommend the Sunday lunch option as great value for money The manager Felicia was particularly helpful making sure that I was looked after as I have mobility issues

In addition to the normal criteria of food, service.ambience we can also add “response in a crisis”. For this we give the team 11 out of 10 for being phenomenally supportive when one of our dinner party suffered a seizure. Their response with an on site first aider coupled with calling emergency services and the way they managed the whole situation with calm urgency and empathy to all concerned was both impressive and appreciated.
