Started off that I was late to my reservation. Being such I received a call from the Hostess to confirm if we were still coming. She was very nice a professional over the phone. All others in my party arrived before me so upon my arrival I was nicely greeted by the server and she quickly got me up to speed. She was helpful with the menu and got us all settled in. Food was excellent (Carnitas tacos with black beans) and my Cadillac Margarita was very refreshing after a long day. The restaurant was lively and I can say that I really enjoyed myself.

How a business responds to a poor experience tells everything about the true character of the business, its employees and most importantly its leadership.
