Best Steak Restaurants in Milford

Our annual Christmas dinner to Rubys was a great success as always. Truly a great night. The ambiance of the restaurant pairs so well with the holidays. Tony was our waiter as he has been for the last decade plus and does such a perfect job. Best waiter in town!!! Lupe his assistant was also great. Started out with oysters and two sushi rolls. All excellent. The oysters were really outstanding. For steaks Tony convinced me to try the Wagyu Ribeye gap. It’s not cheap, but it was one of the best steaks I have EVER had. Such an amazing flavor profile and great crust. Although it could have been a little more done to a true Med Rare. It was a great steak!!! Everyone’s else’s steak was made to perfection as we expect from Rubys. Finished with a slice of buttered pie. An outstanding meal and great Christmas tradition!!!

We were celebrating our 32nd anniversary. We've tried to return to Jag's for three years, but had to cancel due to last minute family issues. Last night was perfect; from our table location, the food, the atmosphere, but especially due to the very personalized and attentive server,Brady D. and Ryan R. Both men helped to make our experience momentous. We joked with Brady regarding several menu items that we hadn't seen or heard of before and he responded very jokingly and we enjoyed his responses. Ryan asked me if I'd like a drink and I responded by stating I'd like to have a Black Manhattan with Buffalo Trace. Ryan asked how'd I like it served and stated the three ways I could have it. I hadn't heard of an Up presentation and he explained what that was and I chose that style, which was excellent by the way! At the conclusion of our meal and celebration, we both agreed the experience was as near perfect as it could be. The young ladies at the front greeted us and offered congratulations on our anniversary as well as all of the servers, etc. Jag's made our special day extraordinarily special!! Thank you for our perfect evening!

We have a lovely server Katelyn (hopefully I spelled it right) dinner and Christmas atmosphere were amazing! We sat by the server entrance though to the dining room and there must have been an expo or chef that was trying to entertain. He was very loud and you could hear every conversation he had. Didn’t ruin the experience but it disrupted the atmosphere a bit. We will be back because we love our Christmas and birthday tradition, we will just try and request a table away from that area

This is the second time that I have dined there, and both experiences have been exceptional! Our server, Brandon, made sure that the timing of our food was perfect. That’s something that’s super important to me. He had great recommendations and he, as well as his assistant, where incredibly attentive. The food was equally as amazing. I think their sides are hands-down, the best sides of any steakhouse around. Definitely becoming one of our favorite places to dine. 

Embers provides classic elegance in a relaxed, upscale and warm and inviting environment. The staff clearly take pride in providing excellent customer service and in sharing the highlights of the menu. And speaking of the menu, it is superb. Top shelf meats and seafood, alongside delectable salads and sides, are finished off with homemade desserts. Their drink menu is rich and varied and certain to please the most discriminating palates. Embers is tops!
