Best Steak Restaurants in Norcross

Superb in every way. The steaks were cooked perfectly and the lobsters and shrimp were wonderful. McKendrick’s salad is wonderful. The side dishes were well prepared and delicious. The service was extremely attentive without being obtrusive. overall, it was an outstanding post Christmas dinner for my family. I appreciate all the hard work that goes into maintaining the extremely high standards of a restaurant such as McKendrick’s. We will certainly continue to come back as a couple, but also to provide a very enjoyable experience for our family and friends. 

This was our first experience with Bones. We opted to dine here after spending a family day in the city. To start, we appreciated the private room, the atmosphere and the outstanding service. The food was excellent, served simultaneously and was all just as ordered. To take the experience to the next level, our server was extremely kind to our son and brought a special treat to the table for him. Highly recommend dining at Bones…the menu is terrific, we really enjoyed our experience, and we will go back.

I am not someone that typically goes for high-end fine dining so this is a once and a year splurge for myself and my wife. I cannot speak highly enough of the quality of the food, the environment, and the staff. The ambience was cozy and inviting. The steak was one of the best I’ve ever had. I highly recommend letting them char it which is their signature way of making the steak. Overall, we had a great experience and plan on returning in the future to enjoy a great meal. Zero complaints 100% satisfaction.

Ahhh, Cabernet!! It's been a while for us! My wife and I moved away ten years ago. Not far, mind you, just far enough that we haven't come to visit in a while. Man, we won't be making that mistake again! The ambiance was great, the service was terrific, and the food was excellent! We had lamb lollipops and fried lobster tails for apps, a wedge salad, and the 12oz filet and broiled lobster tails for entrees. Oh, and lest I forget...bananas foster for dessert! But for as great as the food was, the bigger deal was how we felt appreciated from the moment we checked in. Too often when experiencing fine dining I find that we're made to feel as if we were lucky they even allowed us in the door. Like this hoity-toity attitude that we BARELY qualified to eat at this establishment and they need to get us out of there before we can pollute their rarified air with our commonness. But at Cabernet, it felt like they truly appreciated our business. We were never rushed by our server Amanda (with assists from Dani and Alex), and our entire experience was extremely positive as a result. I highly recommend Cabernet, and we will be quick to return. BTW, they have a terrific cigar bar, too!

Though there are other more well known restaurants in Atlanta, Hal's is my favorite! The food is always excellent and the service is great! Even though I am only in Atlanta every couple of months, Kevin, my favorite waiter, remembers my drink order as well as my favorite foods. It's amazing! My husband usually has the sea bass but has also had a wonderful steak or two there. I haven't found any place that makes as good a chocolate martini! See you on my next trip to the big Apple!
