Best Steak Restaurants in Old Greenwich

My filet mignon was tasty and cooked to perfection as were the two New York strips. The single T-bone was a mess, visually and taste wise. I will admit it was ordered well done, but so were the two strip steaks. It lay on the plate looking slightly shredded or so well done the meat was somewhat separated without being cut. By the time my guest complained, she had eaten some of it so I elected not to send it back. I hate to say it, but it looked like one of my failed cooking jobs that would go to my dog (which is where it went after we brought it home). The sides were, as always, wonderful (creamed spinach, mashed potatoes, lobster Mac-n-cheese ). If I were a first time customer, I would question coming back, but as a long time Ruth’s Chris goer, all over the US, and you have been one of the best, if not the best, I will be back to enjoy my filet mignon and creamed spinach (and avoid the single T -bone). Two excellent individual beef wellingtons at perfect medium rare. Sushi appetizer was great as always, as was their classic wedge salad.

From the moment we stepped into the restaurant we were greeted with exceptional service. Everything was delicious and on point. They made our family feel welcome and celebrated. We celebrated my father in law’s 93rd Birthday. Don ( our server) was amazing! Really, the entire staff was exceptional. Best Ruth ‘s Chris experience ever! Thank you!!

Best restaurant on North Shore!!! Recommend you get the sushi. Ambiance and view adds to the overall dining experience.

We went on Christmas Eve to the one in Huntington. The experience could not have been better. The service and food was great. We got the seafood tower as an appetizer and couldn’t have been happier. The amount of seafood we more then we expected and was delicious. We couldn’t eat it all and wanted to save room for dinner. We had the filet, Brussels sprouts and mashed potatoes. The steak cut like butter. We got the cheesecake for desert. I love a good cheesecake and this was probably one of the best I have ever had. I would definitely go again. Our waiter Rob was great . Very attentive and kept checking to make sure we were ok and didn’t need anything.
