Best Steak Restaurants in Pickering

Probably one of the best tables available in the country! The prime rib was cooked and seasoned to perfection and I know prime rib!!! Plus the fit for a king -sized Yorkshire pudding was the absolute perfect compliment to the meal. I also had the maple tart for dessert which was served sauced with maple syrup made from the sap of a one hundred year old tree and topped with a hearty wedge of a soft brie-like cheese. We stated with a lobster spaghetti in a delicious cream sauce which sounds heavy but was not. We also were treated to tender,smoked slices of pork belly (they called it bacon) also in a sweet sauce along with a fresh-from- the- farm bowl of Gem lettuce with a green olive dressing which, in itself, was delectable.The service was highly professional and welcoming. What a fabulous addition to the Toronto culinary scene! Can’t wait to go back!

The restaurant is spacious and well appointed. Downstairs can be noisy, with a bar area TV and later live music. The menu has a good range of selections, the service was excellent. Very friendly and easy going staff. We had 2 appetizers and 2 main dishes and a shared dessert. The food preparation and taste was excellent. Some dishes are quite expensive. The large private parking lot was very convenient.

It was a great choice for a family dinner on Christmas. Food and food quality was excellent. Disappointed that for a table of 4 we needed to share a bread/roasted garlic order amongst two and that bread was not automatically complimentary. We should have had 4 servings and it should have been replenished. Our server Jeff was wonderful and the ambience was perfect. Meat was tender, flavorful and cooked as ordered. We would return........ hopefully they can up their bread game!

Everything was excellent and staff very attentive and professional! Loved the grilled octopus 24 oz porterhouse (Alberta aged beef) lobster mac was very good as well. No complaints whatsoever!! Keep up the great service and great food!
