Best Steak Restaurants in Plainfield

The Devon changed the menu around a bit. They no longer have a scallops appetizer, which my wife used to get for her main course. The scallops entree is blackened, and was a little too spicy the last time we went. Our server, Magda, was fantastic, and talked to the kitchen about just searing them and dialing down the heat, and they were delicious. I had the prix fixe menu, with rich and creamy lobster bisque and a 6-ounce sirloin - they used to have a 4 ounce - and it a good portion. It was cooked to perfection and practically melted in my mouth. For dessert, a huge serving of crème brûlée that was more than enough to share. They also have wonderful seasonal cocktails.

Our evening started with a warm welcome from Gio at valet, who set the tone for the night with his professionalism and kind words. The front host greeted us with a smile, and our server, Gordon, delivered exceptional service throughout. The drinks were crafted to perfection, and every dish we ordered was absolutely delectable, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The ambiance was sophisticated yet inviting, making it the perfect setting for our special day. If you’re looking for a restaurant that combines excellent food, impeccable service, and a warm atmosphere, Fioretta is the place to be. Highly recommended!

The best steak I’ve ever had. Perfectly cooked to medium rare with a flavorful crust. For dessert crême brûlée that had the perfect carmelized sugar topping. Just a hint of the Grand Marnier, not overpowering. Our server was exceptional. Attentive and friendly without being obtrusive. Will definitely return for special occasions. Definitely pricey and a splurge but was worth it.

Seated quickly and service was outstanding. Food was amazing. 

The servers were very knowledgable and attentive. The drinks from the bar were excellent and the servers have an excellent rapport with their co-workers. The ambiance was amazing! The food was delightfully tasteful and well prepared. Overall, everything was "top notch"
