I say a value because each course was 10 rating by my husband and me. You can’t beat the tender 8 ounce filet or the delicious 6 layer carrot cake! Always our go to meal but our friends with us always go for the awesome scallops. Salad and lobster bisque were perfect too. Server Mark was excellent, along with back up waiter, Joey. But when the food, ambience, service, and offerings are outstanding, then in some respects it's a value. I have had many very expensive dinners downtown at 'celebrated' venues that were in my opinion simply mediocre.
