Best Steakhouses in Broadview Heights

Mel, my server, did a stellar job. She was not only friendly but knowledgeable. She provided me and my guest with impeccable service, wit and hospitality. From the appetizers all the way through dessert, everything was delicious! Had a great experience!

Upon arrival we noticed that there was a fireplace. We requested to be seated near it and were accommodated. Service was what I would consider slow given that the restaurant did not seem all that busy. My back was to the rest of the dining room, but the other couple we were with was able to see that our server seemed to be waiting on tables throughout the restaurant as well as serving as the hostess. Once the hostess did arrive my friend commented that she was here, but on her phone. It was 45 minutes from the time we arrived until our main entrees arrived. The food was very good and prepared as ordered, however, nothing was hot. I would rate my entire plate as lukewarm at best. I did not mention it to the server, as waiting for them to prepare a hot plate was not an option and I did not want to chance my food being microwaved to heat it up. I ordered the Brussels Sprouts as my side. They had a very good flavor, but some of them were so large that they were undercooked and very hard to cut (with a steak knife) into a bitesize piece. Overall, the food was delicious and we would give it another try to see if they improve on the food coming out of the kitchen hot.

Not what was expected. 8 ounce fillet was sent back and I guess warmed and returned to my girlfriend. A simple push w a fork it was clear the steak was medium on 2nd try. Cook 50 to 100 at a time for events and steak is easy to tell temp. Waitress even should see it but it is food runners. They should know. No quality control for that steak. She cut it open and it was again slightly more then medium with solid pink and able to pushed down hard w a fork. I was not so nice about comments asking if they needed some help to cook it. Two baked potatoes both not completely cooked granted massive. Give me a smaller cooked baked 🥔 if needed. Not really impressed. The Cleveland location did give girlfriend a new steak. She ate 4 bites of her undercooked steak and took the new steak home to undoubtedly be tossed away. What a nice night effect by a main item on dish. I would be embarrassed as a fine steakhouse. Service was good. Time for meal was 6:30 to leaving around 9:30...no alcohol, 1 appetizer. 6 people. As my 19 year old daughter said "mid" 4 out of 5 stars is generous.

We were celebrating my birthday. My girlfriends and I had a wonderful experience! John our server was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed and wanted. John and Cody brought me a special dessert and then brought each of us the flourless chocolate cake. They made me feel very special. We had the perfect evening with delicious dinners as well!!! Thanks to all!!!
