Besides waiting almost an hour to be seated even with a reservation, out dining experience here was amazing. All thanks to our server Jessica. This is our first time here and she offered some great recommendations especially the dessert! She was truly amazing and if you’re lucky to have her as your server, you will not be disappointed. My husband, daughter and I had Christmas dinner at Mastro's. It was so crowded, I would have totally understood if the service or food was lacking... but to my surprise, everything was perfect! Service was amazing, food was just as wonderful as always. The restaurant was lively and festive. Once again, dining here was a great experience. Definitely pricey, but worth it for a special occasion!!

Beautiful restaurant and ambiance. Service was perhaps best we have ever experienced. This really is a steakhouse so be aware that other entrees are limited. I ordered the cod and it was very good. Another in our party ordered a steak and she said it was perfectly done. Location is very good next to the beautiful Pasadena city hall. There is ample underground parking with some validation by the restaurant. I definitely recommend this restaurant for those that want red meat.
