Best Steakhouses in Tranent

Excellent venue, really enjoyed the drink at the bar before taking our table. Service was great and the steak was done exactly as we ordered. A bit disappointed by the sauces, they were a little watery/thin. Over all a lovely night, would definitely go back.

I am normally very critical of restaurants but for this restaurant, I couldn't find a thing wrong. It was fantastic and so intimate due to the size of tables and the ambience in the restaurant. The food was beautiful and the steak I had was succulent and easy to cut. My husband had the Seabass and again he also said it was one of the best fish dishes he had eaten. The service was excellent and so attentive, also giving you the space to enjoy choosing through to eating your meal. The toilets were very clean and tidy. I thought there wasn't a mirror until I turned round and it was on the back wall so all good. Very central in the city too with lots of bars to go thereafter. I will definitely be back!

This was me & my partners first visit, on arrival we had lovely lady welcome us then taken to our table by the waitress that was serving us whom explained the menu, food was absolutely delicious & presentation was also good. We also interacted with another lady whom was on her first shift, what a pleasure it was to chat to after asking how our meal was. Definitely be back.

My girlfriend had been wanting lobster for nearly a year and we couldn't find anywhere for it but she said herself upon eating here "this is the best thing I've ever tasted". It made her day honestly and the staff were amazing! We had a few staff members come over, they were all lovely and served with a smile- I had the sirloin steak and it was perfect, obviously my girlfriend had the lobster and absolutely loved it. Cocktails were delicious too, and it was lovely to have water on the table throughout, they were very attentive and kept the refill glass full. We will absolutely be back, my girlfriend even asked me when we would be 😂 Thank you hawksmoor for a lovely meal, and for a delicious steak and lobster.

Upmarket restaurant with great service, good cocktail and great food. 8oz steak and raviolo was delicious The waiter was very polite and friendly
