First time we ate out on Christmas Day. We love Ruth Chris for special occasions. The service was great. Our server was awesome. The food was delicious as always. The whole experience was nothing short of what we expected, even on a busy holiday. We even took home leftovers. (My husband was a little disappointed because they ran out of onion rings- but he didn’t let that ruin our meal). Merry Christmas 🎄

The highlight of the evening, of course, is the food. Ruth's Chris is renowned for its unparalleled steaks, and this visit did not disappoint. We started our meal with the signature BBQ and spicy shrimp, a delightful prelude. For the main course, I opted for the Filet Mignon, cooked to a perfect medium-rare and served sizzling on a 500-degree plate. The crust was outstanding: a caramelized exterior surrounding a tender, juicy center that practically melted in my mouth paired with the sweet potatoes and my pomegranate martini was perfect 💫 To top off our meal, we indulged in the legendary Apple Tart — a rich, decadent dessert that perfectly embodied the spirit of indulgence. Each bite was a heavenly combination of texture and flavor, ensuring that we ended our meal on a sweet note. Overall, dining at Ruth's Chris on Christmas Eve was perfect!

We had it all - wine, appetizers, main course, dessert and coffee. From the first bite to the last, our Xmas eve dinner was simply outstanding. We sampled a large portion of the menu - steaks, scallops, red snapper, lobster and pasta. We loved the mushrooms with goat cheese and scalloped potato side dishes. I will make a recommendation that is not to be missed - even if you don't have room - order the butter cake. We've had this dessert each time we've dined at Rick Erwin's and it seems to get better and more decadent each time. I would be remiss not to mention the superior service as well. One of the gems of Greenville!

I was pleasantly surprised! I assumed because we were were in a mall and a late reservation that we might get ok service and the last of the food but we were pleasantly surprised at the attentive service, fresh salad bar and freshly prepared meat. Will definitely be back.

The food was delicious. I had the Chilean Sea Bass. It was flavorful and practically melted in my mouth. The kitchen kindly accommodated me by preparing this without the usual bacon since I cannot eat pork. The she crab soup is outstanding. And, the desserts were worthy of the calories they contained. Our server, Phil, was attentive but not intrusive. He made the experience relaxing and enjoyable.
