Josh was our server and somehow someway always has been and he is without a doubt an amazing server great energy great service just an outstanding guys the three ladys at the desk last night did so amazing at handling the chaos and staying so strong cause their was so much to handle to see the stress on their face broke my heart but without a doubt amazing women ending up tipping them each 20$ the worked so insanely hard and i hope they get the credit they deserve just outstanding women amazed me the whole night. The energy all the staff had was just outstanding with all the chaos around i will always be amazed with this location of ruth chris LOVE LOVE LOVE this location OH and not only that the respectful gentleman out-front doing valet amazed me insanely we didn’t even know their was complementary valet all the years we’ve came and he opened my door and put his hand out to help me out politely and as a female with high heels we appreciate that insanely i wish i had more cash to tip him more so now i will be more prepared next time i come he was such a gentleman i appreciate the staff and the chef and managers here insanely thank you all for ALWAYS giving me and my partner the best experience my favorite restaurant without a doubt -Natalie Carlson & Jeremy Giese

A Truly Unforgettable Dining Experience at Eddie Merlot’s From the moment we walked into Eddie Merlot’s, we knew we were in for something special, but we never could have imagined just how incredible our evening would be. Celebrating our 16th wedding anniversary, we were treated to an experience that was nothing short of exceptional. The food was absolutely delicious, each bite crafted with care and bursting with flavor. But what truly set the evening apart was the outstanding service. Sean was amazing. The kind of server every restaurant dreams of having. He was attentive without being overbearing, incredibly detail-oriented, and had such a warm and genuine personality. His dedication to making our night special did not go unnoticed, and we truly believe the world needs more Seans and Keiths. And then there was Kevin, whose kindness and generosity left us speechless. Not only did he make sure we had a fantastic time, but he also gifted us a gift card to come back and enjoy the experience all over again. That level of thoughtfulness is rare, and it speaks volumes about the culture of hospitality at Eddie Merlot’s. Thank you to Sean, Kevin, and the entire team for making our anniversary one we will never forget. We are already looking forward to our next visit! See you next time!

We dined on Valentine's Day. It was packed! Even with reservations, there was about a 25-minute wait to be seated. Once seated, the service was prompt. We chose from the Valentine's Prix Fixe menu. Salad, lobster bisque soup, bacon wrapped Filet with crab meat, whipped potatoes and grilled vegetables, and choice of desserts. We had chocolate dipped strawberries and white chocolate cheesecake with blueberries. And a bottle of Perry's reserve Chardonnay. All food was prepared perfectly. Service was crisp. We had Maria as our server and thoroughly enjoyed her! Another great night at Perry's!

It was our first time visiting Del Frisco’s Double Eagle. I made the reservation for my dad’s ‘big’ birthday (65th). Madilyn, our server, was excellent! She was so kind, accommodating, knowledgeable and made my dad’s night by playing along with us as we celebrated his “21st” birthday ;). She was prompt and accurate, the service exceeded my expectations. Our evening didn’t exactly start out on a great note, we were an hour late for our initial reservation. However, one of the hosts, Lexi, was very accommodating and helped us move our reservation to a more appropriate time, twice, and wished us safe travels on what should’ve been a half hour drive in traffic. Once at the restaurant, we were initially sat at a small, slightly cramped table next to a doorway with a lot of foot traffic; this wasn’t suitable for my mom’s taste. They graciously adjusted and we were then sat at another, more suitable, table; which we then discovered included a frigid draft whenever someone entered or exited the restaurant. By that point we were already seated and I guess you could say committed after our travel ordeal. I swear it was only a minute (maybe 2) after we initially sat and were just getting acclimated with with the menu, when Madi visited our table, introduced herself, and distracted us from our evening’s woes. I definitely think this will be a birthday to remember. It was also a gentle reminder that great service and friendly, accommodating staff can honestly make all the difference. We’d love to come back in the future.

Our steaks were Amazing and cooked just as we requested. I would highly recommend starting your dining experience with the Oysters Rockefeller …to die for! I did add the Garlic Shrimp to my steak dinner..not worth the $16. They were mediocre at best. Service was phenomenal.
