Best Steakhouses in Huntersville

Just the 2 of us dined at Sullivas for Christmad lunch. We both ordered filet mignon steaks, which were delicious. These were the best steaks we’ve had in years. The asparagus was perfectly cooked and seasoned. We also loved the loaded baked potato. Our reservation was at 12:15 and we were seated promptly. We were finished in an hour for our relaxing experience even though restaurant was packed. Checking out was quick and easy which does not happen in a lot of other Charlotte restaurants. The guy in the red jacket turned on the TV behind us to a pretty fireplace scene I was really glad there was no TVs showing sports or news channels.

This was our 15th year to celebrate on Christmas eve at Del Frisco's. We have always enjoyed the atmosphere and the staff. It begins at the top with Buddy, truly one of the nicest people you will meet. Our server for the evening was Brad, a newbie to us, he was a pleasure all evening, I would recommend him to anyone looking to have a pleasant evening. Nicole the sommelier always comes through with a perfect wine for the evening. The meal was wonderful as always, and we always cap it off with the lemon cake, but as always taken home since we are so full. We will return in March for my birthday.

Our family from NY cerebrated Christmas at Choplin’s for the first time after hearing great things about the restaurant from friends in the area. We could not have chosen a better place to celebrate. The food was delicious, portions were huge and the dessert menu had something for everyone! For a group of 15, it’s not easy to satisfy everybody and Choplins nailed it! The interior has modern touches, yet warm and friendly. We can’t wait to return to this family operated gem. The service was impeccable even with so many Christmas parties going on. We live in New York City where there are amazing restaurants. I would recommend Choplin’s to anyone who has high expectations for steaks and seafood.
