Their Negroni is nothing short of perfection—expertly balanced, showcasing the classic cocktail’s rich and sophisticated character. It’s the ideal pairing for any dish on the menu. The tuna steak was absolutely outstanding. Perfectly seared and paired with a ginger ponzu sauce, it delivered a harmonious balance of flavors and textures that left a lasting impression. The lobster claws were another highlight—simply spectacular. The freshness and quality of the seafood, paired with flawless preparation, made them an absolute treat. Finally, the Key Lemon Pie was the perfect way to end the meal. Creamy, with just the right balance of sweetness and tartness, and a perfectly crisp crust, it was an unforgettable dessert. We were fortunate to be served by Megan, who was attentive, friendly, and made the experience even more delightful. Her professionalism and warm demeanor truly elevated our visit. My family went for Christmas dinner and had a wonderful experience. We had the filet trio, king crab, and sea bass as entrees. All were delicious. The steak was tender, and cooked to medium perfection. The server was attentive and friendly. We will definitely return in the future.

We usually celebrate our Christmases at Chima. The service is exemplary. If ever we experience a hiccup, the Manager immediately walks around to listen and within minutes jumps into action. There are times especially Christmas Day when the restaurant is in full swing and depending on the seating, the selections are not brought around to the back of the restaurant as timely. Once we told our waitress, who immediately brought the Manager to our table - we had the freshest, most seasoned and hottest selections, and it made for a wonderful experience

Lovely food as always! Our server was FANTASTIC! My only complaint is we were seated by the kitchen and it was hard to talk. But very minor issue... OAK was absolutely packed on Christmas Eve so I'm sure they did their best. We'll be back!

It was a great experience. The only small thing. We were seated in the back originally. I mentioned we were celebrating something. Back in the day there was a card on table. None this year. There was a lamp on the table but it was off. It was dark and quiet. I asked to be reseated where the live music was playing near the bar. It was my friend first time and she said EVERYTHING was flavorful. The one bartender male I think bald head service was good. The lady short care simply did the job. Thanks again.
