We did have very early reservations, 4:30 pm, which is why I said the ambiance is quiet. I'm not sure if that changes the later you go. My wife and I were thrilled with this restaurant, from beginning to end. Although some people may find the prices high, I found the process appropriate for the food and service provided by this establishment. A special shout-out to MacKenzie, who was part bartender and part waiter when we were there. He was a very affable gentleman and made some good suggestions for us. Spot on with the dessert. Will absolutely be back to this restaurant when back in Boston.

we had a great night dining before a show at the Opera house. Great food and cocktails. The wine list is extension and reasonable. I'd definitely return. They accommodated food sensitivity and requests to split means (since we had too many delicious appetizers)
