The steaks were excellent. My friend has "bad" taste and ordered her filet mignon well done and they did a good job of that. My bone in NY strip medium rare was perfectly cooked. The creamed spinach was just right. WZe did not order desserts but they brought us a plate of them anyway (maybe because it was late and they did not want to save them until the next day) and they were excellent as well. We did not drink ny alcohol in deference to my friend's abstention due to ongoing medical treatment, but the high end wines (no on the regular wine list) andtop shelf liquors were first rate. I will return.

Food is 5 star. Service is 5 stars. Everything is appropriate for a 5 star rating … except… one thing…. When I bring a special bottle of wine in for my birthday… don’t charge me $45 for a corking fee! $10 is standard. $25 is upper tier… $45 is stupid. Seriously that’s my only complaint. I go to Christos because it is superb quality. I am fine with paying more for high quality. But $45 for a corking fee… not reasonable.
