From the moment we sat down, Nate made us feel welcome and taken care of with his warm personality and impeccable attention to detail. He anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and gave fantastic recommendations that turned our meal into a truly elevated experience. The holiday ambiance was perfect, and Nate’s professionalism and charm made it all the more special. Thank you, Nate, for making our Christmas Eve dinner so memorable!     Go hungry. We love this restaurant. It's worth the price. Quality food from the market bar to the meats.The market bar is incredible, salads; salmon; fresh mozzarella, lobster bisque and dozens of other options. Kudos to the wonderful lady who keeps it clean and stocked. The Gauchos are awesome! What makes it extra special is the staff. These days, it's rare at most restaurants. However, I have to give a shout-out to our awesome waiter, Alvaro. I also want to thank the management. Typically, you only complain to them. However, there are no complaints as they are incredible. Nico, Miguel, and David! Christmas Eve and they were bussing tables and doing it with a smile! Thank you for such a great dinner!

    We had a reservation on Christmas Eve for 4 but ended up having a 5th. They worked around things to accommodate us. The food was fantastic and the service was excellent. I have been to some other high end steak places but this is by far the BEST! I highly recommend Primal Cut.
