- LLisaJacksonville / Northeast Florida •14 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoWe live in the area finally decided to try Hangar One after driving by numerous times. Our experience was fantastic from start to finish. We were lucky and got a table at the windows, looking out at the runway. We were able to see two helicopters land and a small private plane land and take off again. Such a unique and fun view! Our server was great (I wish I remembered his name). He made some great recommendations and was just very pleasant. We really liked that there was a clear team approach. Someone was always checking to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was excellent. I liked that there were some Polish options and we very much enjoyed the perogies. My husband loved his pork chop and I was happy with my grouper. We were to full for dessert but will save room next time. We'll definitely be back!More infoHangar One Bistro Airport Eatery & BarPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• St. Augustine•4.8
- CCynthiaOrlando / Central Florida East •5 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 26, 2024Great restaurant in the middle of the historic district of St. Augustine. Loved the old house feel. Server was always available until the end of our meal when we needed to leave for an event. We had to bypass coffee as it was taking 30 minutes for dessert and coffee. The staff was exceptional. The meal cooked and served excellently. The ambiance might have been better with a different table. We were seated in a small room in back by the black curtain where staff continued to go back and forth. I would suggest when you make a reservation to see if you can get into the main dining area.More infoMichael's St. AugustinePrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• St. Augustine•4.8
- VVidaIndiana •5 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 26, 2024Beautiful decor for Festival of Lights. Staff was wonderful and very diligent about keeping on top of my son’s nut allergy. The only thing that could have made it better would have been a little more diversity in the menu but that’s nit picking. Everything we ordered was tasty. Kids loved the kids menu options.More infoCastillo Craft Bar + KitchenPrice: Expensive• American• St. Augustine•4.2
- MMarcGreater Boston •1 review5.0Dined on Dec 26, 2024We chose to dine at Cellar 6 after discovering their enticing menu and reasonable prices. Initially, locating the restaurant on the second floor was a bit challenging due to a lack of signage and having “cellar” in the name. While searching, we started to question our decision to eat there. However, upon meeting the exceptionally friendly and engaging owner Craig, along with his highly skilled head chef—a Michelin finalist—our excitement to dine there was reignited. Our waiter, a personable and knowledgeable food enthusiast, seamlessly accommodated our order modifications. Most importantly, the meals exceeded our expectations; everything was expertly prepared and delicious. I highly recommend visiting this hidden gem of a restaurant when in St. Augustine.More infoCellar 6 Kitchen & Rooftop BarPrice: Expensive• Global, International• St. Augustine•3.8
- AAnthonyColumbus •2 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 25, 2024Christmas Eve Dinner engagement. Everyone was amazing except for 1 waiter not servicing our table. I was preparing to propose to my sweetheart at the end of diner and moved my chair closer to her to be more intimate for the moment and I know I was in the isle but it was going to be a brief moment and I was rudely interrupted a server immediately while I was prosing. I completely understood why but the rudeness of this individual was completely uncalled for. As an attempt to briefly explain the purpose of my position was to propose. I moved my chair back and lightly tapped the server on the should to request his attention and a brief moment to explain he immediately got defensive and abruptly DO NOT TOUCH ME. I apologized by my approach was not to offend or make a scene but everyone else around us noticed his demeanor. I explained what I was preparing to do and he responded too bad you are not going to block the isle way. I quickly realized this serve was going to create a scene so due to the nature of the situation I would step away and return to my sweetheart and finish my proposal. Later our servers and the manager came to apologize and offer a free desert and anything else the could do to make the best of the moment. I am grateful for all the service and the manager’s attention to make the best of moment that was to be very a positive romantic moment for us. We are from Columbus, Ohio where there are 3 amazing Hyde Park Restaurants and we usually dine during special family moments and frequent romantic dates and will continue to dine at those locations where we are a valued customer and provided superior service and exceptional food. Maybe this server was having a bad day but he had no right to destroy our evening with in a split second. I truly hope management will address this servers behavior and not allow him to ruin another couples special moment. If the manager of this location in Daytona Beach received this review I’m sure he will know.More infoHyde Park Prime Steakhouse - Daytona BeachPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Daytona Beach•4.8
