The smoked cheese with chimichurry was over the top! The salad bar has great options. The cinnamon pineapple was the cherry on the top! The crème brûlée and the sundae were amazing. The experience is NOT the same without him. He makes the entire experience memorable and I enjoy sitting in his section. He knows what I drink, typically what my order will be, and he is engaging without being overbearing.
