- SStacyDenver / Colorado •1 review5.0Dined 6 days agoCharter Steakhouse delivered an exceptional dining experience! I ordered the Wagyu steak, and let me tell you, it was the best Wagyu steak I’ve ever had—perfectly cooked, tender, and bursting with flavor. My son had the chicken and nearly licked his plate clean, which says a lot coming from him! My friend ordered the NY Strip and couldn’t stop raving about how flavorful and satisfying it was. Her daughter opted for the Caesar salad and devoured every bite. We ordered the cheesecake and red velvet cake for dessert and - WOW. I mean, every bite of everything we had was delicious. OH - and the Sishito peppers appetizer - SO good. One of the highlights of the evening was when the chef came out to say hello. He was so friendly and genuine—it’s clear he takes pride in his craft. The staff was attentive, professional, and made us feel welcome from start to finish. The ambiance of the restaurant is warm and elegant, and makes you want to linger a little longer. I also love that all the meat is locally sourced—it’s a fantastic touch that makes this place stand out even more. Charter Steakhouse is a true gem, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. I’ll definitely be back!More infoCharter SteakhousePrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Beaver Creek•4.5
- PPaulLos Angeles •8 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoVegan chicken parmesan is still excellent. Fun vibe, good dining. Keep adding vegan options, and we'll keep coming back. Would love to see a dessert like the incredible vegan pistachio cheesecake that Catch-LA has, with luxardo cherries & coconut sorbet. Nice to see the same great staff & management like Tracy. See you next time.More infoCatch Steak AspenPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Aspen•4.6
- LLoriDenver / Colorado •2 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 29, 2024Thanksgiving at Gas House was spectacular! We ordered buffalo carpaccio and elk tidbits as our appetizers. For my entree I had the honey wasabi crusted baked oysters which were to die for. I also had a crab cake and tried a jackelope sausage which was a highlight of the night. I love the ambiance of this place- lots of animal head hanging on walls along with license plates scattered along the walls in building. The service is always great! I can’t wait to come back and try more game meat and seafood!More infoGashouse Restaurant - ColoradoPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Edwards•4.5
