    Three of us ate prime rib, blue cheese filet, and salmon, salmon plus crem brule and Billie miner pie for dessert. All reported the food was exceptional. We were seated in a semicircle booth at the back corner of the restaurant, which was probably the quietest place in the restaurant. I would request this seat again in future. Service was superb. We all left very happy.

    Food is excellent, service is great. A early family Xmas Eve tradition for over 20 years, started off at the original Keg off Whyte Ave, then to South Common and last night to Windermere location Great way to spend a Family Christmas Eve! A special place!

    We had an amazing evening with my husband and parents. The service, meal and ambiance was wonderful! The steaks, mushroom rib eye soup, no bake chocolate torte was outstanding. We will definitely be back to the Chop House in Ellerslie. Thank you Ed, Sharla and staff for making our evening beautiful. We greatly appreciate it!     Went here based on other reviews for a date night with my boyfriend. We had a really good experience, we had a reservation booked . We were seated within 3-5 minutes of arriving. The seating was very comfortable, the environment had a very unique, calm vibe. It wasn’t too loud at all could have a conversation with each other no problem. They had some pretty impressive drinks, that came with a nice experience. Don’t get me started on the food, it was so amazing ! From the presentation, to flavour I was so happy. The staff were very welcoming, and kind. Our waitress was on top of making sure we always had drinks and happy with the food. For sure will be a future date spot for us.
