Chef Sebby Holmes launched Farang back in 2016 after trading at street food markets throughout London. A year later he took up temporary residency in Farang's current home in Highbury & Islington. After excellent reviews, he took on the space permanently after his step-father retired and since, has gone from strength to strength. Farang was recently inducted into the National Restaurant Awards top 100 and awarded a MICHELIN Bib Gourmand, which we have kept four years running. The distinctive flavours in every dish were memorable & in great combinations. The second batch of dishes (4/5 items) all came at once - which was a surprise - and would have been more appreciated spaced out. No taking away from the great tastes though!

Excellent food, great atmosphere, very welcoming hosts! The overall experience couldn't have been better. Both all you can eat options (sushi and tempura) were absolutely delicious and without the usual limitations (time and quantity) provided by other restaurants of this type. Highly recommended!
