- JOJimOBrisbane •3 reviews4.0Dined on Apr 20, 2024Quality of the food was very good. Foccacia bread starter - superb, good serving size BBQ Octopus starter - delicious , serving size for price was just acceptable Main course Duck beautifully cooked and seasoned Main course Beef cheek fantastically moist and melt in your mouth. Only real criticism, is that the mains come with absolutely no real accompaniment. You get the meat and some sauce, and NOTHING else. You are 100% obligated to order multiple sides in order to compile a total meal experience. Some of these sides I would deem to be quite expensive for what they are. If you are taking a main, plus 2 sides then you are looking at $70+ for a "main meal". The food, service and ambience were nice. I would suggest from a budget perspective you are probably looking at $150-200 per head for a typical dinner for two dining night out, higher depending on your wine choices/More infoMalt DiningPrice: Expensive• Australian• Brisbane CBD•4.6

- OTOpenTable DinerBrisbane •2 reviews5.0Dined on Oct 24, 2019Three of us had a very nice dinner here. The food is very interesting, and very tasteful. My favourite dishes were the tartare starter, the Beef main, and the strawberry cheesecake dessert. All three of us tasted the savoury Gorgonzola desert, two of us hated it and the other absolutely loved it. If your are Gorgonzola fan give it a try. We had the three courses for $59 which made it really good value for money.More infoAllium Restaurant & BarPrice: Moderate• Vegetarian• New Farm•5
