From the New York Times: Bad Idea may well be what many seasoned diners thought when they heard there was a wine bar specializing in envelope-pushing Lao food opening inside an East Nashville church. The concept coheres in the hands of the owner, Alex Burch, a seasoned sommelier and first-time restaurateur. He had the good sense to bring on Colby Rasavong as executive chef.     What an amazing experience! This was our first time at the Authentique and we will definitely be back! The food was delicious, genuine French cuisine. They had the best crepes I’ve had in years! The wine selection was great and the service was friendly. I highly recommend this place, they even had live jazz music! A tout a l’heure, Authentique!

    Really enjoyed the experience once again. Food is excellent and service is friendly/top notch. We took a friend for her first visit and loved it, too. Excellent wine list and we certainly don’t expect it, but this is the type of place that remembers you after you’ve been and that says something about extra effort. Prices are also quite reasonable for the quality. We’ll keep returning!

    We arrived and were seated at a booth (as requested) within 10 minutes of our reservation time. Our server was friendly, sweet and professional. Food was exactly as ordered and delicious. One of the best dining experiences we have had in the last year.

    Best service and food in Brentwood and Cool Springs. We had salads and soups today and both the loaded potato and the She-crab soups were superb! Best Cobb Salad around and the Burrata Salad was excellent. We usually order their chicken entree with sundried tomatoes and it beats all other chicken dishes around...it's pricey but absolutely yummy.

    360 Bistro is our favorite restaurant in Nashville. The food is amazing, the craft cocktails are unbelievable and the staff and management are polished and professional. My wife and I split our time between the bar and restaurant. We love to dine both places. We are crazy about Ashley and Mohammad. 360 Bistro is the best kept secret in Nashville.
