Best Wine Bars in South Plainfield

The food is always fresh and tasty but tonite we had an additional bonus in having Roxy as our waitress. She spaced the meal perfectly and she was very attentive to our needs👍

The server never offered me a second cocktail, and one of the managers was expediting the food, so when dinner arrived way before I had the time to finish my salad, he could see my displeasure, but I did not want him to take my dinner back. In many cases, the manager apologizes, and that’s it, so I did not really complain, and to my surprise, 5 minutes later, he walked over and apologized again and comped my salad. This unexpected attempt to maintain a pleasant customer experience was greatly appreciated and… thus, overall- outstanding!

Great experience from beginning to end. I was looking for a nice restaurant for a family dinner, and Deccan surpassed all of our expectations! Our server Mickey was personable and provided friendly, and wonderful service. Our dining experience was special...each item we ordered tasted great... dinner and the show made it quite memorable. From flaming lamb chops to the robo waiter... Food, Service, Ambience ... everything was wonderful. Thanks Mickey. Chris & Staff. Easy 10/10!

This will definitely be in our regular rotation of DATE NIGHT. The food was good, drinks were good. Service was a little slower than I would like but not slow enough to take away from overall experience. Great place to chill with your mate or friends.

We live in Staten Island which has so many Italian restaurants but our favorite is Mulberry Street in Woodbridge. Chef Paul makes so many excellent dishes. Some of our favorites are Beef Bolognese, Veal Sorrrentino & Shrimp Parm (not on the menu but he will make it). Best app is the mussels in a cream wine sauce and best dessert is his pistachio cheesecake. Reasonably priced food and wines. Great vibe with suttle dinner appropriate music in the background.
