I have not had this here in a very long time. The shrimp is coated in parmesan cheese, and it was very tender. The sauce was very tasty and had tiny tomatoes included. There was too much to finish so I will enjoy it again. My husband had the Short Ribs with Betty's potatoes and green beans. The meat was so tender that he did not need a knife to cut it apart. We shared a Caesar salad, our favorite. Rosa took fantastic care of us! She brought me a complimentary dessert for my birthday. Rosa always remembers us, how we like our food and what food we enjoy. She is a great person!More infoCooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant - Burr Ridge, ILPrice: Moderate• American• Burr Ridge•4.6

I had the famous chicken pot pie and my Mom had the meatloaf. It was my first time dining at the Walnut Room. I will definitely go back and have already recommended it to my Cousin.More infoThe Walnut Room - ChicagoPrice: Expensive• American• Downtown / Loop•4.6

- AAliceVIPChicago / Illinois •8 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoWe had a very nice meal at Piccolo Buco. Our server was very attentive and brought extra plates and serving flatware for us without us having to ask as we were sharing two salads, a pizza, a pasta and two desserts (as well as two bottles of the delicious Super Tuscan wine) between four people. Delicious food, and great well priced wine. Everything was wonderful. My only, slightly negative comment is that the set up of all square tables side by side reminds me less of fine dining and more of a cafeteria set up. That small thing alone will not stop us from going back as this is becoming our favorite spot for Italian food.More infoPiccolo Buco - Oak Brook, ILPrice: Moderate• Italian• Oakbrook Terrace•4.5
- TTheresaVIPChicago / Illinois •102 reviews5.0Dined on Jan 4, 2025Mushroom risotto shared as appetizer. Friends shared skinny deep dish pizza for first time and said they’d order again. Lasagna was very good. Husband has usual Russo Chicago thin crust pizza that he loves! Friend had chicken lemon which she enjoyed. Drinks were fantastic.More infoLa Barra - RiversidePrice: Expensive• Italian• Riverside•4.8
