Best Wineries in Des Peres

We had several things go wrong during our visit, including slow kitchen times, dried out food, out of what we ordered, etc… but our waitress, Sam, and manager, Joe, really came through for us and showed us we were valued and appreciated for being there. They both were highly accommodating and gave excellent customer service. We will be back specifically because we know we are valued customers and though things went awry this time, this was the first time we have ever had anything go wrong, and we go here a lot. So knowing that this was a once off situation, and knowing how well they accommodated us for the mishaps, we just wanna give praise to our waitress and manager for tonight. Thank you Sam and Joe for making us feel important and giving us your best!

Wonderful valentines dinner- food was great and the drinks were fantastic

Party of 4 met for a birthday celebration, at 4, when they opened. One other couple was present. Order for drinks was taken promptly and waters were poured. Had to seek out staff to refill waters. Tapas were ordered and delivered timely. Had to seek out staff to refill waters and cocktails. Overall a pleasant evening celebrating mg friends. Food was delicious. Goat cheese spread, stuffed mushrooms, bacon wrapped dates, bbq chicken flatbread. Brussels sprouts were a little greasy, though.

Excellent food and service. The martini we had only filled 3/4s of the glasses. We felt a little short-changed on the drinks. However, the glasses of Chardonay we had were excellent. We had the mussels, the Mayfair salad, and the Linguine Vongole (linguini and clams). The mussels in a creams sauce were excellent as there was only one unopened mussel. The three pieces of toast for dipping in the sauce was a good way to enjoy the sauce once the mussels were gone. The waiter and busing staff were friendly and professional. All in all, a very good Valentines Day celebration.

Hi, it was a cold winter night here in St. Louis. I made a last-minute reservation in the app and we sat in the bar. The noise level was very small in the bar, which is unusual but it made for an enjoyable evening with friends. Our waiter was new, Luke. However, he was attentive and did a great job. He’s gonna do great. Food was cooked to perfection and actually came out relatively quick.
