- DDougCharlotte •8 reviews5.0Dined todayI can’t say enough for the ambience and the setting. It brought me back to my early days of growing up as an Italian American and the food we ate. Everything was delicious, especially the homemade ravioli’s. The background music, (Martin and Sinatra) was over the top. The bolognese was to die for. This is a must stop to have dinner. Top Italian restaurant in Chicago!More infoil PorcellinoPrice: Moderate• Italian• River North (Chicago)•4.7
- MMattOrlando / Central Florida East •23 reviews5.0Dined todayBooked here at the last minute dinner was amazing. The pizza was very, very good. The short rib was Devine. We also had the charcuterie board and the apricot sauce should be jarred and sold in stores. It was amazing.More infoQuartino - ChicagoPrice: Moderate• Italian• River North (Chicago)•4.5
- DDr. MelissaChicago / Illinois •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoMy husband, daughter, and I have been coming here around Christmas every year for 5-6 years and love this tradition. The food is delicious, the Christmas tree is gorgeous, and the service is great! If you want to do something special to celebrate the holidays this is the place to be!More infoThe Walnut Room - ChicagoPrice: Expensive• American• Downtown / Loop•4.6
- MMary JoChicago / Illinois •8 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoI would give this 5 stars except for the price - a bit steep for lunch -,but the food was amazing except for the risotto which was too sweet for a main course. I have just returned from Italy and I would say this food was very authentic. The calamari was exceptional and I’ve ordered it in a lot of places. I loved the ambiance and appreciated the quietness of the restaurant especially given that so many places thrive on a high noise level. We also enjoyed the music selection.More infoAcantoPrice: Expensive• Italian• Downtown / Loop•4.8
- AAndyChicago / Illinois •2 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 24, 2024Hawksmoor is a wonderful addition to Chicago's dining scene! We first discovered Hawksmoor several years ago in London and quickly made it a tradition to have Christmas Eve dinner at their Seven Dials location before returning to the States from our annual holiday trip. This year, our travels brought us to London earlier than usual, so we were unable to continue our tradition there. However, since Hawksmoor Chicago opened, we’ve had the pleasure of dining here several times, and we were thrilled to continue our Hawksmoor tradition—not in London, but in Chicago—tonight! Everything about Hawksmoor Chicago is wonderful—the food, ambiance, and service are all exceptional. The portion sizes are just right, and the quality of the steak and all ingredients shines through in every dish. In a city brimming with steakhouses, Hawksmoor stands out for being unpretentious, fun, and consistently delivering a perfect night out. We’re so excited to have this piece of London here in Chicago, and we’ll definitely be back soon!More infoHawksmoor ChicagoPrice: Moderate• Steakhouse• River North (Chicago)•4.5
