Best Wineries in St. Charles

Our server #40398 / "CatM" was very good, very nice. She remembered her training and asked us after we were seated and she greeted us whether we were celebrating anything - we were, in fact, celebrating my birthday, one day after. At the end of our meal she brought us a very nice little dessert - unfortunately, that was not comped, but was added to our bill! It was only $7, but I felt a bit scammed when I reviewed the bill today! Also, there was somewhat of a delay n bringing us our dinner, which I did not really mind, my wife and I were enjoying ourselves (I was especially enjoying the "White Wine Flight" - an excellent idea!). But when our dinner came, my Filet Mignon was a bit more rare than the medium rare I ordered, which would have been fine, but it was just barely warm. It should have much warmer, even very warm. I might suggest you ask staff to inquire of guests ordering steaks how much "pink" would they like.

Probably one of the best meals we’ve had in a long time. Ordered the mussels for appetizer, would’ve liked some more flavor to the bread but broth was good. We split the caeser salad and it was great and a big portion even split. Our entrees were the highlight, my husband got the 8 oz ribeye and I got the Chilean sea bass special and wow, probably one of the best fish dishes I’ve ever had. The sauce on it was also amazing. The steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned well. Overall an excellent experience and we will be back, even if it is a 30 min drive for us.

Went on short notice for an early dinner and they were still able to meet our seating request. We started with the New Old Fashioned and they were excellent as always. Food was wonderful! My wife had the filet and I had the roasted chicken. Highly recommend both! While it sounds simple, the roasted chicken is as good as any I have ever had any where. Enjoyed a nice bottle of wine with our meal. Service was excellent! Kathryn is very personable and made our evening very special. The GM stopped by to make sure all was well, which is always a nice touch. Will be back very soon.

We love Cooper’s Hawk! Both locations in the greater St Louis area are top notch. We enjoyed potstickers and chicken piccata tonight. Since we are members my husband got $15 off for his birthday! So we drank wine and ate dinner for $28! Plus we picked up the 2 bottles that are covered by our membership each month. Best deal out there!!

I came here on a Tuesday night with some friends. We sat on the third floor, which was full, but not packed. It was quiet when I got there at 6 PM and I was concerned we would be too loud for the room. But the volume of the room matched our volume by the time we left. The wait staff was very attentive and helpful. They came by when we needed them, but weren’t constantly there. And the food here is excellent; I don’t think you can order a bad dish here. We started our drinks with a wine flight, and really liked the red blend best. It was an excellent dinner overall.
