   Very disappointed that my 12 person reservation with High Top seating ended up being two couches and some coffee tables!! 12 people eating on couches was not comfortable!

   We are grateful for the set up here- it was a perfect meeting place to see family that is staying in Avondale while we are in Gilbert as this location is exactly halfway between us. The food was excellent and the service was great. I chose it also because of the multiple activities to keep the younger kids from getting too bored while we all caught up - that was SO valuable! Thank you for aiding and abetting our little family reunion! The pretzel appetizer was a hit and everyone enjoyed their meals. We ordered the Mongolian Short rib dish (amazing!) and the Crispy Chicken Katsu sandwich, also wonderful, but I might ask for a little extra slaw on it next time to take it up a notch.

   Highly rated, but disappointing in that the quality of food, wine and service was overwhelmed by the amount of noise. We wanted to avoid that by eating “outside” which in this case was in a room just outside the main dining area. Didn’t happen. The intensity of the piped-in music combined with the concrete floors and walls was almost too much to handle.

   Young ladies working the front were spacey. We arrived before our reservation. Instead of seating us early, they seated walk-ins while we waited with small kids for 45 minutes. Would have appreciated a little common sense and customer service. Server was excellent. She made the overall experience better.

   JORDAN was absolutely amazing!!!! Professional, highly-knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming! We had family visiting from Montana, and she definitely made their first trip to AZ memorable. We frequently visit the Chandler location (it is my favorite restaurant and never disappoints!), but the Flagship location definitely sets a high standard. Cheers!

    Food came about one minute after the appetizer was delivered even though we talked to the waitress when we ordered and she promised to stage it properly. Once food was delivered no one came to check on us until the bill was delivered.
