Second time back, and our amazing first experience wasn’t a fluke! Tried the rock scallop appetizer, several specialty rolls, and the beef teriyaki. All of the food was fresh, tasty, and will keep us coming back for more! The staff and chefs are wonderful! They are all so helpful and friendly!

I got a reservation as a gift for my parent’s 25th anniversary, and they came back very happy. They were especially impressed by the friendly staff including the manager, and of course the amazing food. 100% recommend this as an excellent place for a fancy date night or special occasion.

The chef made me a special pasta primavera dish just for me because I’m vegan and GF. I’m also Italian and can say this place is legit. I can often tell if an Italian restaurant is good or not just from the bread. Posso sinceramente dire che il cibo e il vino erano buonissimi. Bravi!

Once again Eddie V's proved itself to be one of the best restaurants in the Denver-metro area. From the service to the ambience to the food, everything was wonderful. Special shout out to Taylor the hostess who listened to my specific table request and seated us at the perfect table. Eddie V's has simply become our go to for a great night out.

We enjoyed our first dining experience at Undici. Drinks, food, ambiance was all great. Combined, my husband and I have served over 20 years in restaurants and it’s always nice to have a special dining experience. We have already spoken highly of our experience to others and we will be back.
