We had a terrible experience during our Christmas dinner. We had a 9 PM reservation, but there was no hostess to greet us upon arrival. The bartender had to notify the server of our arrival and we waited until the table was cleaned. When the server finally came to seat us, he didn’t greet us, smile, or make any effort to be welcoming. Instead, he made a rude comment that set a negative tone for the evening. Service was painfully slow—we waited a long time just to get menus and place our orders. The server even forgot my drink order. When my steak finally arrived, it was overcooked (well done instead of how I ordered it). I had to send it back, which further delayed the meal. The overall experience was appalling. Sebastian, our server, displayed none of the professionalism or hospitality one would expect in this industry. This ruined what was supposed to be a special Christmas dinner with my parents. We will never return and cannot recommend this restaurant. The only pleasant part of the night was the busser sunny, he was helpful, attentive and friendly and basically the only one that cared.

There are many more restaurants in Broward with netter service, better food and ambient. While on renew process, the access is terrible.

We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and this restaurant was an amazing place for that!!!!! The steaks were perfectly cooked and seasoned, the side dishes were very tasty, the bread was warm and soft and the wine outstanding!!!!!!

We had reservations at 6:30 PM, we were sat right away. We had multiple servers; filling our water checking up on us, filling our wine for us. Great service. The food was absolutely amazing. Would recommend the cucumber truffle martini.
