   Food and service were good as always. However, we were disappointed by the fact that the menu had changed for the day before our dinner (Valentine’s Day) AND the day of our dinner (Feb 15th), without being notified when we made the table reservation. It is understandable that the menu may change for Valentine’s Day. But we might have gone to a different place had we known that the menu on Feb 15th was not the one we expected and that made us make this reservation in the first place.

   My new favorite restaurant in Bethlehem. I love the ambience, the visual aesthetic, the atmosphere was warm, inviting and lively at the same time great job on that! it was my first time at Edge but the atmosphere felt very mature and pleasant. The food and drinks were fantastic! bar tenders definitely know what they are doing, friendly service from all the staff. I love the crystals and artwork the built into the aesthetic made the atmosphere very enjoyable for me. I had the filet mignon, and the crab cakes which were both delightful. You have to try the Broad Street Manhattan!

   The prices are exaggerated and more than an hour waiting for a meal. Not recommend at all.

   Had Valentine dinner. All was good but my scallops entree was a bit small. Service was friendly, knowledgeable and mostly attentive. Would have liked a few more visits from our server. A visit from a manager would have also been welcomed and appreciated.

   It was Valentines Day and had made reservation well in advance. They overbooked main dining area and opened two side rooms that are basically just a box. We were willing to wait for a table, and there were numerous empty tables in main dining room. When we requested not to be seated in side room, they gave us an open table. They offered a special menu, so we couldnt order our favorites. we each had an appetizer and pre dinner drink. Scallop Entree came out cold, but didnt send it back because how busy restaurant was. Portion sizes were on small size for $36 price. Ordered shared desert and bill came to $165. Not an inexpensive meal for 2 people, and didnt really feel that the food justified the price, considering with tip looking at a $200 night out. I think there are better choices if you are going to spend that much on dinner.

   The food at Edge is excellent as is the service. You can actually hear the person you are with and the restaurant is pleasing to the eye. It’s worth a visit!

   I had a short rib dinner, one of my favorites. It was very tender and delicious, served with mashed potatoes and carrots. The room was not crowded or loud throughout our dinner. Our server John was so polite and friendly but didn’t over do it and we could enjoy our time together. The atmosphere is modern and very pleasant. We enjoyed a window seat which gave us plenty to talk about with all the changes taking place on Broad st. We plan on using the summer restaurant week to return to Edge.

    We had never been here before and decided to take advantage of Bethlehem Winter redteraunt week 2025. First course was Greek lemon, chicken and rice Soup, very lemon forward in the best, most fresh way. Pork schnitzel with thin crusty layer and buttery lemon caper sauce plated on rustic mashed potatoes: delicious and a large serving. Fresh steamed broccoli done perfectly. Bright green, very crisp and steamed warm. If you're a cook, you know how hard it is to get that right. Dessert was Tres Leches Spice. Much like a delicious bread pudding. I had 2 tastes and brought the rest home. Our hostess, Tulsa, took care of our coats (I use a cane, and she was very helpful). Our waiter, Mason, was attentive, informative, helpful, and charming. We enjoyed having him for our table. Only moderately full on a Monday, so we could actually hear each other. Highly, highly recommend.
