Aged USDA prime beef is the star at Elway’s whether your preference is a thick porterhouse, tender filet or a juicy rib-eye. Our culinary team shops for seasonal and interesting ingredients, then plans the ever-changing menus. This allows us to incorporate menu options with limited seasonal availability.     Great 8 oz steak. Highly recommend. The Crab cake was less crab and more filler. Although the waiter made it right, my wedge salad was brought to the table already cut up. The restaurant needs a major overhaul with updated decor and color. Felt a little institutional. Prices were what I expected.

    Tuna Tartare was excellent and the #7 salad is now one of my favorites. The filet was great.

    Very friendly staff and wonderful food. Wine selection is good and I was able to find a nice Cabernet at a reasonable price

    Great food and staff! We ordered our steak Pittsburgh and it was cooked to perfection. The sides are family style to share. We had mashed potatoes and Brussel sprouts and both were delicious. There was plenty of food , but we ordered dessert to go because we compass it up. Would definitely recommend and will go there again.
