   The service we received was extremely disappointing. We waited a long time for hot water, but they eventually served cold water, which my wife couldn’t drink. The halibut was undercooked on the first attempt, and the second time, they gave us a smaller portion with burnt vegetables underneath. It wasn’t just us—everyone in the dining room seemed to be complaining about the service. This turned out to be a disastrous Thanksgiving dinner, and we will never be returning!!

   Something seemed to have gone wrong with execution of their Thanksgiving dinner special. Service was exceptionally slow and food was below average in taste and preparation quality. We ordered a few items from the regular menu that were much better, hopefully this was an unfortunate one off.

   Waited over an hour even though we had reservations. Salad tasted to earthy (read dirt), they were out of the beef, the fish tasted burnt and bitter. Only thing that tasted good was the bread and after waiting a half hour we were told we could be charged extra.We will not be returning.

   We went for the Thanksgiving menu, a special 3-course offering. We had 6:45p reservations but it seemed there was no plan for where to seat us. We were lead to a cold, dark table on the patio, away from the heat lamps and without a candle or light source to read our menus. The atmosphere was very disgruntled and after a short while we picked up on why....orders kept being delivered to the wrong tables and returning to the kitchen. Our waitress confirmed what we ordered multiple times, trying to keep us straight from the others. We were told one of the dishes we ordered had ran out (45 min after ordering) so we ordered an alternative and then both the dishes showed up...which was great because the alternative dish was awful. To top off the chaotic night, the family dining next to us had the barkiest dog ever and they couldn't keep it under control. Our bill was very high for a very sub-par experience.

   Dined at Estéban for Thanksgiving dinner. Food and ambience was good. Although the 3 course meal was definitely overpriced for the portion that was served. Staff was good but you can tell they were shortstaffed and overwhelmed. Would try to come back and try the regular menu on a regular night.

   We were there for the Thanksgiving dinner. We were underwhelmed by prix-fixe 3 course meal. Good portions on the sides, first course and dessert. The main entree was surprisingly small. Maybe, they ran out of turkey? Each of us had 2 pieces of turkey the size of a half-dollar coin or a small ravioli.

   Great food. Enjoyed halibut with mole sauce. The salad dressing fantastic. Food server very accommodating in helping us with husbands likes. Spanish guitar music on patio very enjoyable. Great Thanksgiving meal
