- CCatherineNew York City •5 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 10, 2024We had a wonder first time at tap and bitter. It was a quiet Sunday but the staff checked in on us throughout our dinner. We always had water and didn’t feel rushed and they gave us time in between courses to relax and enjoy each other companyMore infoTap & BittersPrice: Expensive• Cajun• Basking Ridge•4.3
- JJohnvipNew York City •9 reviews4.0Dined on Sep 20, 2024Its in the details. Food was excellent. Portion’s generous. Service is the issue. Staff was pleasant but inattentive and under educated. Server did not know what dressing came with chopped salad and did not know what osso bucco ravioli was. We waited at least 20 minutes after completing our main course to get a desert menu. The glass top table was soaked with condensation from our beverage glasses, tablecloth or coasters please. The ravioli was very good, but a teaspoon more filling would have made it excellent. The tiramisu was different and possibly the best we have ever had, including that in Rome. A bit more attention to details elevates this restaurant to one of the absolute best.More infoDante's RistorantePrice: Moderate• Italian• Mendham•4.5
