Best Authentic Restaurants in Butchertown

I just ate the best steak I have ever tasted in my life. Our party of four had a wonderful experience. The service was exceptional with an old school attention to each. We especially liked the bread, shareable sides, service, and deserts. All around it was an amazing experience.

Dined for Sunday lunch; queso was excellent as well as both of our meals. I had Taco Al Carbon and a La Mera-Mera (yummy!). Service was wonderful and attentive, also had a member of management stop by to make sure everything was meeting our expectations. Restaurant was so comfortable and clean. Will be back again soon.

Our experience was great, from start to finish! The Silver Dollar team went above and beyond for our group. We strategically planned our visit to sample the rarest bourbon and they did not disappoint. We found out management changed over the past few months and the new owner was working along side the kitchen staff which says a lot. We had a price discrepancy at the end and it was fixed without issues, plus they ended up comping our entire parties desserts (which they didn't have to at all). The food and desserts were delicious! Worth every penny. Plan your visit if you want to taste "unicorns" that you've never had and appreciate amazing whiskey. Cheers!

Amazing Experience at Paeso – Top Tier! From the moment we arrived, everything about our visit to Paeso was exceptional. We were greeted immediately with no wait, and the greeter welcomed us warmly with a smile. Our server was incredibly kind, efficient, and attentive throughout our meal. As a vegan, I was concerned about limited options, but our server went above and beyond to find a solution. She was knowledgeable and accommodating, and when the menu only offered a salad, the kitchen stepped up and prepared a delicious custom vegan dish just for me. To top it off, they surprised my husband with a dairy-free birthday dessert that was thoughtful and absolutely delightful. His meal was equally amazing, and he couldn’t stop raving about it. The service was seamless, from offering to-go boxes to making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, we left very pleased with the experience. I will absolutely recommend Paeso to others and look forward to visiting again. A true gem!

Brunch was great! Chilequiles and brisket nachos were delicious. Our server, Latisha, was great as well.
