Best Authentic Restaurants in Coral Bay

I cannot begin to describe how incredible this place is. The service, the food, the drinks. We tried the Foccacia, the Meatballs and the Calamari for appetizers. All were wonderful, but the meatballs are to die for! My son had Alfredo with Chicken, and they allowed him to swap penne for fettuccini. All the pasta is homemade and delicious! His friend had Chicken Francese and they allowed him to swap the polenta for linguini. And I had the Snapper Piccata as a recommendation from our server….it was amazing! I would have loved to try dessert but we could barely walk out of the place we were all so full. We are visiting during the holidays and they had a nicely decorated Christmas tree in the dining room, which made us feel at home. If you’re expecting an open-air environment like so many places are in St. Thomas, this isn’t like that. It’s more of an upscale but comfortable vibe and the A/C is effective, so you may want a light sweater or jacket. What made the experience even better than the food and the ambience, was the service. It was apparent that everyone there wanted us to enjoy ourselves and went above and beyond to make that happen. We loved Pesce so much we plan to return before we depart to go home.

We had a fabulous, authentic, island time meal & drinks. Our party of five adults chose to order all of the starters for our dinner and they were delicious. Group favorites- the fritters, caramelized plantains, spicy shrimp, fried chicken. We appreciated that the staff was friendly and we weren’t rushed through our meal. The rum balls were a perfect ending to the meal. Try the rum flight and the El Presidente for beverages.

Outstanding, perfectly prepared cuisine in a lovely seaside setting! Service was excellent. The waitress was very nice and upbeat. Throughout the meal, she was very attentive without being overbearing. The wine she recommended was wonderful. The tuna was very fresh and delicious. The octopus was tender and the sauce was terrific. The paella was even better than last year. For dessert, we shared the flourless chocolate cake which was a wonderful way to end a spectacular meal.

We loved our dinner at Sea Salt. The ambience is amazing. The view is to die for. Drinks were great. Wine list is excellent, especially for an island location. We are pescatarians, and the food was delicious. The ceviche, whole fried fish and ciopillino were stand outs. The service was the best of all! Thank you!

Gorgeous setting, easy access by Lovango shuttle boat, delicious and beautifully presented food with variety of menu offerings, and superb service make for a perfect evening!
