- NNicholasToronto / Ontario •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoWe couldn't book Contramar as it was booked way ahead of time, but Entremar is the sister restaurant with the exact menu. Way easier to book, but was full both upstairs and down when we were there so still try to book in advance. As many have recommended, go for the "Pescado a la talla 500 g" which which is a whole grilled fish and do the "Contramar" (half with red adobo rub & half with parley rub). Very well grilled and the two tastes are very distinct and flavourful. They recommend going with 1kg (double the order for about 1300+ pesos) for 2 people, but we were a table of 2 ourselves and preferred 500g (which was more than enough) so that we could try other menu items. Also would recommend their tuna tostadas, scallop tostadas, Tiritas Zihuatanejo (Mahi Mahi in lime juice with chile serrano & red onions), Sopes con esmedregal al pastor (King fish al pastor style), and Ensalada de berros y nopales (Watercress, cactus & radishes with lime vinaigrette). For dessert, I don't really recommend the Meringue with fresh strawberries as it's just a lot of cream (unless you like that), but I recommend the Fig Tart. Overall, a great restaurant and very worth trying as a nicer dinner! For reference, bill came out to be about $190 CAD. before tip. We definitely could've ordered less but wanted to try a lot!More infoEntremarPrice: Very Expensive• Fish• Polanco/Nueva Anzures•4.7
- AAlinaVIPPortland / Oregon •24 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoA must try! The service was impeccable. But the food, the food was out of this world good! Delicious and beautiful and done with so much care and detail. Absolutely worth it! I loved the Mole and the churro dessert. The tacos were all superb.More infoLimosnerosPrice: Expensive• Mexican• Centro•4.5
- CClintVIPNew Mexico •67 reviews4.0Dined on Feb 8, 2025The view is excellent. We saw the retiring of the Mexican flag at 1800. Very impressive. Service was great. The special had a choice of mystery meat ( tasteless) or salmon, but they were out of salmon AND Caesar salad. So, just know, the point is the view, not the food. Service was excellent.More infoLa Terraza - Gran Hotel Ciudad de MexicoPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary Mexican• Centro•4.5
