Our pizza dough is made from scratch daily using an old recipe and cold fermented up to 72 hours, giving it time to develop a unique flavor. Our pizzas are 100% handmade to order and baked in our brick wood fire oven at a heat of around 750°F to 850° F degrees. A great place with a comfortable atmosphere. It felt very private, but fun and alive at the same time. The wine was amazing and everything that my wife and I had to eat was great. Strongly recommend The Athentique to anyone looking for good wine and food!

I absolutely adore this spot! Definitely an underrated place for dinner. The food is fantastic, the sharing experience is collaborative sparking conversation, the interior is intimate and cozy, and the service is kind and helpful. The Christmas decorations really added a cozy and wonderful aspect to the entire dinner. This is not my first time as it is hard to not want to come back. My favorite dishes are the croquettes, garlic bread and the radiatori vodka. 10/10! My one slight disappointment would be in the inability to split the check. Otherwise fantastic!
