Best Brunch Restaurants in Anchorage

We had an amazing experience! Despite running late for our reservation, the staff was incredibly understanding accommodating. When we unexpectedly added an extra guest, they went above and beyond to find a bigger table and still seated us on time. The hostess provided excellent customer service, making us feel welcome and valued. The entire experience with seamless, and we truly appreciated their kindness and efficiency. Highly recommend this restaurant for both the food and outstanding hospitality!

My wife and I enjoyed Valentine's Day dinner at The Village Anchor and were seated in the covered patio area below. The food was great but a little pricey. French Onion Soup could have been hotter and we found a lack of saltiness to everything but not terrible. The wine was reasonable and they didn't try to upsell. The dessert was huge - really enjoyed that. Friendly staff top to bottom. I had trouble finding reservations for V-Day and this place was busy but not packed at all. The lighting in the covered porch area did not at all reflect a fine dining experience, though - which killed a bit of the ambiance despite the cute Valentine's decor. Overall a good experience and we'll return if I have an extra $200 but for that kind of money I know we could do better. I look forward to brunch as their menu promises a variety of great looking option.

Valentine dinner was a great experience. The staff was very kind and attentive to us. The food was delicious and the drinks were also great. She had the fried chicken with skillet potatoes and gritz and I had the NY strip and asparagus. We would recommend and will be returning.

So tired of fast food joints popping up in Middletown… Thank you for bringing Lou Lou to us! Great Galentine’s dinner with friends - we will be back!
