Best Brunch Restaurants in Downtown

I was looking for a place that would be open Christmas Day and came across Ostra. It is a nice place on the riverwalk. The service was great and food was good. There were a couple things, I don’t like when I am eating one course and they deliver the next course. I was eating the clam chowder and they brought out the entree. Also, the tamarind bbq octopus had more vegetables than octopus. I know not to order it again. Otherwise, it is a nice place to have a meal on the river walk.

Fogo has always been a family favorite but the team in San Antonio was truly exceptional on Christmas Day. Dozens of pros working really hard to provide a great experience and they succeeded. Thank you, FdC!

We really enjoyed our Christmas Eve dinner at Domingo. Elote corn and Mexican shrimp cocktail for appetizers, and flat iron steak and short ribs for our entrees. The passion fruit margaritas were delicious too! Loved the ambience sitting on the outdoor patio with Christmas lights and river walk. I recommend checking this spot out!

Lovely experience at Ambler Texas Kitchen! Got to sit outdoors and had a lovely view of the Riverwalk and see a wedding on Marriage Island. Had a delicious breakfast and great service.

Holly was the sweetest server and food was fantastic. Will definitely be back.
